Displaying legals in eType and on the website
The solution we can provide works as follows:
Weekly Uploads
Each week, you upload your legal page(s) (i.e., the PDF of the newspaper pages containing legal notices) to the eType system. This is the same process as uploading the full paper, but in this case you also upload just the page(s) with the legal notices.Website Display
Once the first set of pages has been processed, we will create a LEGALS menu item on your website. The most recent legal pages will display in front of the paywall, ensuring public access.Ongoing Updates
Each week, as you upload a new set of legal pages, they will be processed and replace the prior set on the site. There is no archive — only the latest notices are displayed.
