Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your central hub that appears immediately when logging into your eType Services account.

Navigation:

  • Tools menu: Located on the left side for quick access to all features

  • Date range selector: Upper right corner allows you to customize reporting periods

Dashboard Components:

New Subscribers Metric:

  • Displays new subscriber acquisitions for your selected date range

  • Shows total active subscriber count across all digital products

Email Tracking Report:

  • Monitors new edition delivery email performance

  • Tracks email open rates and delivery statistics

Subscriber Report Window:

  • Provides quick access to your complete subscriber database

  • Enables rapid subscriber account management

Subscriber Report Management

Access comprehensive tools for managing your digital subscriber database.

Report Tabs: Navigate between different subscriber categories:

  • Active: Subscribers with current digital product subscriptions

  • NO Subscription: All email addresses collected (leads and prospects)

  • Expired: Subscribers whose access has lapsed

  • Deleted: Previously deleted accounts (recoverable if needed)

Search Functionality:

  1. Use any blank box at the top of columns to search

  2. Enter subscriber name or email address

  3. Click "Search" button or press Enter to execute search

  4. Search works across all visible data fields

Editing Subscriber Records:

  1. Locate the subscriber in your list

  2. Click the "Edit" button on the subscriber's row

  3. The subscriber record opens with two main sections:

Profile Management:

  • Update subscriber contact information

  • Modify account details and preferences

  • Manage customer communication settings

Subscription Management:

  • Control digital product access levels

  • Modify subscription terms and features

Changing Expiration Dates:

  1. Navigate to "Subscription History" section

  2. Click the edit icon next to the relevant subscription

  3. Update the expiration date field

  4. Save changes to apply new access period

Print Subscriber Verification

Streamline the process for existing print subscribers requesting digital access.

Process Overview: When print subscribers use the "Already a Print Subscriber?" option on your paywall, their applications enter a verification queue for your circulation staff to review.

Managing Verification Requests:

  1. Access the Print Subscriber Verification queue

  2. Review pending applications from print subscribers

  3. Select the edit tool to examine each application

  4. Verify subscriber status against your print circulation system

  5. Approve or deny digital access based on print subscription status

Verification Workflow:

  • Applications automatically queue for staff review

  • No digital access granted until verification is complete

  • Maintains security while providing convenience for legitimate print subscribers
